Pole dance Debutant/ beginners 1-2

This level is to welcome all the students who would like to discover the magic of this beautiful sport. We will start with gentle exercises that will allow you to prepare your body and build the right muscles to start to perform your first tricks on static pole and you will do an introduction of spinning pole. During this level you will arrive to master your simple climbing, chinese climb and you will master your first inversions, Crucifix, Gemini, Scorpio and Pike.


Pole dance Beginners 2-3

On this level you are comfortable performing basics inversions, you will learn several inversions with three points of contact and you will master how to perform an aerial inversion on Static pole. Likewise, you will start to learn aerial inversion in speening pole. To move on the next level we advise you to master your Extended Butterfly.


Pole dance Intermediate 1-2

On this level you have already mastered your Extended Butterfly and you will start to learn trick with two points of contact on the pole, here will start the  introduction to basics of Ayeshas and shoulder mount, as well as you will discover more flexibility tricks. On this level we will help you to master your aerial inversion on Spinning pole. 


Pole dance intermediate 2-3/advanced

On this level you feel conformtable with exciting tricks with two points of contact on the pole, you will learn different variation of Ayeshas and shoulder mount, you will work on harder flexibility tricks such as Russian split, MarionAmber, Dragon Tail between others. You will learn introductions to perform simples flips.


Pole dance advanced 2-3

On this level, you are able to perform all kind of Ayshas in spinning pole, you are able to perform aerial dead lift shoulder mount, differents kind of flags on the pole and you will learn all kinds of deadlifts tricks, re grips, more complicated flips and more acrobatics tricks. You will work in Acrobatic catches and climbing on the pole with two point of contacts (arms climbing, shoulder climbing, etc)

Pole Dancing and Fitness Classes

  • At Free Spirit our pole dance classes are designed especially for small groups. We have a maximum of 5 students per class in Mies and 8 students in Gland class, as our idea is to ensure personalized, training and development, to achieve your health goals.

  • With reduced groups you can learn more quickly, go deeper with personal attention & training structured classes.

  • Each class is prepared taking in account the level and sports background of each student group. This enables each student to progressively understand each movement, from slow and soft movements to strong ones and deeper postures.

  • Finally, it is important to mention that at Free Spirit we do not mix levels, so that each group evolves at their own pace.
