Workout Classes
At Free Spirit our work-out classes are designed especially for small groups.
We have a maximum 6 Students per class.
Our workout classes are oriented to developing your cardio and strengthening every part of your body, by working on your balance and using your own weight.
We also prepare you to do headstand, tripod headstand, elbow stand and handstands.
