  • At Free Spirit our work-out classes are designed especially for small groups.

  • We have a maximum 6 Students per class.

  • Our workout classes are oriented to developing your cardio and strengthening every part of your body, by working on your balance and using your own weight.

  • We also prepare you to do headstand, tripod headstand, elbow stand and handstands.
